This competition is strictly an R18 entry only. One name will be selected that will be selected by Clark Lane Distillery which is judged by best suit and fit for their product. Entries supplied by anyone who is either trespassed, banned or under the age of 18 will be disposed of at the discretion of Clark Lane Distillery and Biddy Mulligans. The name and person who wins this prize is not applicable for any type of return or any type of financial bonuses other than what is described in the “winnings”. Whoever names this product, cannot apply for any type of legal rights to the name and understands that this competition is gifting the name to the business if the business decides to legally claim the name with printing/copyright or trademarking, as such as releasing “intellectual property rights”. All rights go to Clark Lane Distillery.
